Fitness has always been a personal journey for me, shaped by my own struggles and victories. Growing up as and overweight child, I know how tough it can be to struggle with your weight and feel like you're stuck in a cycle of frustration. For years, I tried to navigate a world full of gimmicks and quick fixes that never delivered. It wasn't until I committed to a simple, sustainable approach that I began to see real, lasting results - and that's exactly what I want to share with others
I bring over 25 years of weight training experience and am certified through the International Sports Sciences and Association (ISSA). But my journey hasn't just been about fitness. I also battled and overcame a long struggle with alcohol, and experience that taught me the importance of discipline, resilience, and the power of small, consistent changes. These lessons shape the way I approach personal training today.
As a husband and father, I understand how challenging it can be to prioritize your health while balancing life's responsibilities. That's why my philosophy and training are based upon a foundation of integrity, authenticity and relationship. I aim to make fitness approachable for everyone, especially those who feel burned out or discouraged by false promises.
It's about progress, not perfection. My focus is on creating realistic, effective solutions that fit into your life and provide real results - without the fluff or gimmicks.
